Build and Manage Customer and sales campaigns for Agency Channel
• Monitor the campaign execution, including implementation checklist, produce gifts, communication plan, work with the Marketing team to deliver MKT materials and circulate to salesforce via different channels
• Work on the full evaluation and conduct a full "post mortem" on campaigns with a clear overview of what went well and what can be improved
• Analyse the historical data, research sales behavior to compose appealing and result in driving Campaigns across the different channels
• Contribute to ensuring Campaign readiness prior to launch (campaign user spec and UAT testing, slide presentation, drafts of procedure, campaign budget simulation, campaign teaser if any, and update template tracking and reporting)
• Develop the Campaign Calendar
• Follow up and handle complaints of salesforce/Customers through campaign implementation
Budget planning and controlling
• Prepare budget forecast, expense analysis, and other related reports required by Management
• Follow department budget proposals (incentive and campaign) to ensure that all proposals are prepared and implemented within the budget.
• Tracking and review monthly expenses in alignment with approved budget allocation
• Join to build budget plan and budget allocation (by sales model and by expense item) on periodic period with related departments
Take main responsibility for Communication to Agency Salesforce
• Communicate effectively campaign when launching/ Throughout campaign and post-campaign to ensure the updated and engagement with the sales force
• Communicate when new policies, new products launching
Contribute Project if needed
• Join and contribute to the company and across-function projects (Sales portal, ICM, CPM, etc.) Keep follow and provide information/document from CI as required
• Prepare and manage the process/procedure of the department (gift management, payment process) for proper collaboration with related functions/departments. Keep adjust and update the process/procedure if any change occurs during the implementation
