JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Category Management & Business Strategy

Monitor Product Lifecycle: Review product lifecycles and notify relevant departments of updates or phase- outs to ensure seamless category management.
Plan Sales Initiatives: Collaborate with the Digital Marketing (DMKT) team to create and adjust sales plans, including promotions, ads, and product bundles to boost GMV.
Propose Growth Strategies: Recommend new product development initiatives to support long- term category growth and market competitiveness.
Develop and Execute Product Strategies: Align with established KPIs to drive growth for 7 priority categories (out of 13) across 5 key markets, proposing adjustments to retail prices (RRP) and forecasting costs (FC) as needed.

Sales Performance & Data Analysis

Generate Insights: Process data to provide actionable insights, focusing on 8/14 key countries, and integrate external data for deeper market perspectives.
Track Key Metrics: Monitor daily Revenue Share (RS), Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), Traffic, Net PPM, and retail pricing for 42 product lines using Dashboard, Helium, and Keepa.
Optimize Listings: Check listings daily across 20 countries for title, images, content, ratings, reviews, Buy Box, and organic rankings, resolving issues with domain experts.
Analyze Competitor Dynamics: Conduct market size/share analysis (via Helium) and manually track competitor pricing and promotions for direct and indirect competitors.

Sales Planning & Forecasting

Update Rolling Forecasts: Maintain and update rolling forecasts (FC) using internal tools, ensuring alignment with sales targets across 8/14 countries.
Support Planning Feedback: Provide feedback on planning gaps, follow up on action items post- meetings, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Evaluate Forecast Accuracy: Analyze discrepancies between actual sales and forecasts monthly, proposing solutions to improve forecasting accuracy for 42 product lines.
Coordinate with Teams: Work with cross- functional teams (T&I, DMKT, OPS) to align sales forecasts with inventory and marketing strategies.

Business Initiatives & Process Improvement

Document Actions for AI Training: Record daily actions and insights to support AI training and knowledge sharing within the team.
Collaborate on Cross- Functional Projects: Work with marketing, B2B, and operations teams to streamline processes and enhance category performance.
Drive Strategic Initiatives: Propose and implement initiatives for product development and process optimization to support sustainable growth.
Refine Internal Processes: Update workflows monthly to reflect changes, ensuring operational efficiency across departments.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Implement Review Solutions: Collaborate with SPD to address negative feedback through strategies like rating improvements or launching new ASINs (requesting UPCs and creating listings).
Monitor Customer Sentiment: Track customer reviews and ratings daily across 30% of listings with issues, ensuring timely resolution to maintain brand reputation.
Address Customer Feedback: Raise bad reviews/ratings to the Support Product Development (SPD) team via email and Wrike tasks, preparing data for resolution meetings monthly.


Operations

Coordinate Cross- Departmentally: Participate in weekly internal (Category, Country Group) and cross- departmental (T&I, DMKT, OPS) meetings to align operations with business goals.
Support Ad Hoc Tasks: Handle ad hoc operational tasks, such as urgent listing fixes or market research updates, to ensure smooth category operations.

Yêu cầu công việc

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor&039;s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, E- commerce, or related fields.

· Strong analytical and problem- solving skills, with a logical and creative approach.
· At least 1- 2 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., Sales Executive, Category Development Specialist, E- commerce Specialist) or in category management/project management.
· Proactive, responsible, eager to learn, adaptable, with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for data analysis) and Google Suite.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, coordinating with various departments.
· Solid understanding of category management principles, including market/competitor analysis and consumer behavior.
· Proven ability to analyze sales data (GMV, conversion rates, traffic, ad spend, etc.) to drive business decisions.
· Experience in sales planning, forecasting, and inventory management.
· (Optional, based on previous context) Familiarity with e- commerce platforms and an interest in AI/automation in business are advantageous
