Senior Chemical Engineer (Taiwanese/Vnese)

Position OverviewIn this position, you will play a key role in supporting both R&D and production activities while serving as a vital link between customers, factories, and global brands. Leveraging your technical expertise, you will help transform innovative materials and processes into practical product solutions that enhance product quality and elevate the consumer experience worldwide.Key Responsibilities1. Customer & Technical SupportAct as the primary technical contact between customers and factories for chemical- related development and applications.Translate design concepts and performance requirements into actionable guidance for development and production teams to ensure consistency with brand expectations.2. Chemical Material Development & ApplicationPossess strong knowledge of outsole materials and processes, including RB, IP, PU, PHYLON, EVA, and paint applications.Demonstrate proficiency in chemical formulation, process optimization, and material testing methodologies.Experienced in working with adhesives, hot melt, TPU, ink printing, and lamination techniques.Capable of analyzing and controlling bonding strength, durability, and quality testing performance.3. Process Support & ImplementationUnderstand the end- to- end footwear manufacturing process, particularly cementing and molding operations.Provide on- site technical troubleshooting and recommend process improvements for new materials or formulations.4. Quality Assurance & ComplianceEnsure all materials and production processes adhere to brand quality standards and regulatory compliance requirements, including RSL standards.5. Cross- functional CollaborationPartner with internal departments and factory teams to enable seamless material integration and optimize production efficiency.
