Senior Collections Budget Control Specialist

Propose bonus/service fee schemes, campaigns boosting collections performance
Working inside Collection Division to do the planning and budget, headcount planning

Provide data to back- test / Do simulation for new suggestion/scheme/campaign
Track and monitor the performance for new bonus scheme/pay out/ target setting
Receive recommendations from other departments and propose adjustments related to operating strategy and bonus framework to suit the actual situation of the company

Take part in building collection policies, regulations, processes according to SBV regulations and company’s strategies from time to time
Building collection cost model to track and control collection cost
Review and monitor the implementation of Bonus scheme/Target setting/Allocation
Building debt sales pricing model
Provide collection cost and bonus report when requested

Familiarity with SQL/PL or data analysis, financial modelling is a plus
Accuracy, discreetness and self- reliance, pay attention to details
Strong verbal, written communication skills
Bachelor Degree, major: Math, Statistics, Banking, Economy or Business Management is preferable
At least 03 years’ experience working in Financial Analyst, Cost Management, Budget Control, Accountant or related positions
