Senior Commercial Finance Business Partner Executive

Commercial Finance Partnering: Partner with Commercial team to assist and/or provide constructive data- based feedback for better decision making and processes’ governance
- Support Manager on delivering ad hoc request/projects
- Suggest improvements to financial processes, participate in related projects. Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment in area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policies
- Track & monitor backsales receivables related to MKT activities including both MKT campaigns & promotion schemes. Compare between actual vs budget, and flag corrective action may be required
- Perform SKU rationalization and make recommendations to streamline product portfolio
- Analyze investment options for emerging channels like E- commercechained M&B and for emerging portfolio like premium tier, exclusive packsexclusive products
- Track & monitor backsales receivables related to Supplier trading term. Support in Trade term planning, negotiation and analysis process. Compare between actual vs budget, and flag corrective action may be required
- To assist with the preparation of budget/plan/forecasts with support the team, and to provide accurate and timely information to help Trade Team monitor on- going performance. In case there is a gap vs plan/budget, work on mitigation plan
- Provide Pricing, Gross- to- Net, Categories/ Brands/ SKUs profitability, Gross Margin analysis and other analysis per requests

- Business planning and analysis skills
- Good understanding knowledge of Finance and Accounting areaequivalent experience
- Know how to plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals
- Can work independently and as a team- player
- Dynamic, solution- oriented problem solver
- Prefer Big 4 experience or 5 years of experience in Corporate Finance Experience in Commercial/Operational Finance within FMCGRetails companies is advantageous
- Finance reporting and consultancy skills
- Proficiency in conducting Excel analysis and generating reports
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting,related field
- Be able to independently lead and deliver assigned projects
- Good speaking and writing English skills
- High sense of responsibility and proactive working attitude
- Have a business partnering mindset & Good communication skill
- Power BI skill/knowledge is a strong plus
