Senior Communication Executive

- Make a communication plan in accordance with the requirements of building corporate culture.

- In charge of the company's communication channels such as website, fan page, internal information channel, etc.

- In charge of editing internal publications, documents, communication guidelines to increase pride, improve knowledge about identity, brand development for employees and communicate with customers and the community.

- In charge of building / designing images for recruitment purposes, as a recruitment brand.

- Responsible for managing recruitment website and fan page, forum including posting information, advertising, maintaining, updating content and candidates’ feedback.

- Participate and build Recruitment events.

- Brainstorm ideas to build and organize internal events and collective activities to create cohesion among employees.

- Participate in the organization of corporate communication events, social charity activities and other general PR activities.

- Make reports, evaluate communication activities carried out and propose options or next actions.

- Orientation to communicate the company's image to the outside.

- Perform some other tasks as required by Management.

- 2-3 YOE as an internal communication specialist and employer branding.

- Good command of English (equivalent to TOEIC 700).

- Solid understanding of project management principles are an advantage.

- Working knowledge of MS Office; photo and video-editing software is a plus.

- Good communication (oral and written) and presentation skills.

- BSc/BA in public relations, communications, or relevant field.
