In this exciting and challenging role, you will work in our Payroll and HR Consulting Team located in our Ho Chi Minh City office as Senior Consultant – Payroll and HR Consulting. You will work closely with clients and be part of a team responsible for meeting all aspects of clients’ relevant payroll and other needs in accordance with the signed service agreements.

The Senior Consultant’s primary responsibility will be to ensure the client’s Salary/SHUI/PIT records and reporting are compliant with relevant standards, client requirements, and in accordance with local Vietnamese regulations, as well as complying with requirements of the firm. The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
• Possesses strong knowledge and expertise in managing end- to- end payroll processes for clients, with responsibility for handling key client accounts of the team.
• Capable of representing the Line Manager in client calls and meetings, ensuring professional communication and adherence to business standards.
• Maintains strong relationships with clients, working closely with key decision- makers to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Supervises, supports, and reviews the work of team members, ensuring accurate and timely service delivery to clients.
• Collaborates with the Line Manager and higher levels within the team on client matters, including service proposals, ongoing account management, and meeting the firm’s service standards.
• Ensures all payroll transactions are accurately processed, properly controlled, and reported in accordance with internal deadlines and company policies.
• Oversees compliance with Vietnamese Labour Law, including Payroll, Social/Health/Unemployment Insurance (SHUI), Personal Income Tax (PIT), and other statutory reporting obligations, ensuring timely submissions.
• Reviews labour reports, SHUI reports, and PIT finalisation dossiers; coordinates with authorities and external auditors as necessary.
• Participates in the development and review of HR policies and processes; creates HR templates and supports the Line Manager in delivering HR consulting services to help clients establish efficient HR practices.
• Assists Line Manager and higher levels within the team managing the team’s internal administration and operational processes, while maintaining a thorough understanding of the software and systems used to deliver services to clients.
• Proficient in using English for professional business communication, including written correspondence with international clients, delivering training sessions, and conducting presentations.
