Senior Consultant

​Analyze client business processes and requirements to design business solutions with detailed requirements. Produce Functional Specification, UAT plan, and prepare case tests, flowcharts, and diagrams.
Stay updated on Odoo developments and suggest improvements.
Support the sales team during pre- sales by creating and presenting a demo.
Prepare presentation slides in English or other specific language if required.
Create a user manual and provide training and support to end- users as per the agreement defined.
Able to manage and control budget, timeline, and scope of small- medium sized projects.
Internal testing on configuration/development should be conducted before releasing them for UAT.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams for system integration.
Develop and coach your subordinates.
Prepare MoM in English or other specific language if required.
Troubleshoot and resolve Odoo- related issues
Accompany customers in the full delivery cycle from software configuration to Go- live.

Good communication, presentation, and writing skills in English.
Proven experience as an Odoo Consultant or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP system, including configuration and customization.
Language Skills: Native/Fluent in Vietnamese is required, while proficiency in English is preferred.
Work Authorization Requirement: Candidates must have valid work authorization in Vietnam to be considered for this position.
Odoo certification(s) or equivalent industry certifications.
Knowledge of other ERP systems and business applications.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in ERP Odoo implementation.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Information Systems / Computer Science / Business / Accounting / Management. A master&039;s degree in business management is an advantage.
