WHAT YOU WILL DO
Stay ahead of content trends, cultural shifts, and digital formats to continuously push creative boundaries.
Partner with Creative Planners and Art Directors to develop strong creative concepts and transform insights into breakthrough storytelling ideas across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Mentor junior copywriters, elevate creative quality, and contribute to the agency’s overall creative excellence.
Collaborate closely with design and production teams to ensure the copy works seamlessly with visual direction and user experience.
Write and craft distinctive, emotionally resonant copy that amplifies brand voice and drives engagement across digital touchpoints.
Shape and maintain the brand’s tone of voice across all channels, ensuring consistency and creativity in every word.
Lead ideation sessions for Always- on and campaign projects, ensuring every concept aligns with brand purpose and audience mindset.
WHAT YOU NEED
Passionate, proactive, and always curious about what makes audiences connect, feel, and act.
Strong command of English, with the ability to craft tone and style to fit different brands or audiences.
3+ years of copywriting experience in a creative or digital agency, with a strong portfolio of multi- platform campaigns.
Experience in the Real Estate industry is a plus.
Confident in presenting ideas and articulating creative rationale to both internal teams and clients.
Exceptional conceptual thinking and storytelling ability — you don’t just write, you create ideas.
Solid understanding of social media behaviors, content formats, and cultural nuances.
