MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the overall marketing and business goals of CISS.
Analyze communication trends to choose suitable themes/content for communication in each stage and specific campaigns.
Measure the effectiveness of communication of the implemented content. Monitor and report Content effectiveness to direct management.
Collaborate with team members and cross- functional teams to understand business objectives and create content plans to support those objectives.
Content Creation:
Ensure all content is well- researched, accurate, appropriate, and tailored to the target audience.
Write and edit content with a focus on clarity, consistency, and alignment with the organization’s voice.
Create content using language and images that convey brand messages, building customer brand awareness.
Develop (write, create) content for articles/videos/images on the website, blog, forums, social media applications, etc., related to the school or target customers.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure the content released is aligned with CISS’s image and design standards.
Leadership and Mentorship:
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team.
Stay updated with current industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.
Tasks are assigned by the line manager.
EXPECTED DIMENSION
Track and develop interactions on CIS&039;s social media pages: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Support in ensuring the Enrollment department&039;s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Produce 7- 10 posts per week on Facebook, 2- 3 posts per week on Instagram, 1 video per week on YouTube, four news posts per week, and one blog post on the website.
Monitor user interactions daily on the school&039;s digital channels.
Understand the target audience&039;s psychology and create compatible content to attract them, turning them into potential customers.
Generate trendsetting, standout content compared to the general landscape of international schools.
