MarsConnect is seeking a highly independent and self- motivated Senior Content Marketing Executive to
take full ownership

and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate must be capable of working independently, as there is no Marketing Manager for guidance. This role involves
managing and producing content for various media channels

social media
, the
company website
, the
MarsConnect app,
and
ffline events.

Write and develop original, high- quality content for various platforms without supervision.
Independently
manage content
creation and strategy across multiple platforms:
Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Zalo, Viber, etc.): Create and curate engaging content tailored to each platform’s unique audience and format. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels, and utilize each platform’s strengths (e.g., short- form videos on TikTok, professional content on LinkedIn, and interactive features on Instagram). Monitor trends, run paid campaigns, and leverage analytics to optimize reach and engagement.
Company Website: Keep content up- to- date, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
MarsConnect App: Manage in- app content to drive user engagement and interaction.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.
Develop and execute content marketing strategies to boost audience engagement and brand visibility.
Collaborate with other teams (design, product) to ensure content aligns with overall marketing and business goals.
Analyze performance data and independently adjust content strategies to improve engagement.

Extended: 18- 45 years old
Profile: Gen Z, Millennials, tech- savvy, e- commerce enthusiasts, , with a strong interest in personal financial management and planning.
Core: 25- 35 years old

Must- have:
Ability to work in a fast- paced environment, managing multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
Goal- oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of content projects from conception to execution.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple content streams and deadlines simultaneously without supervision.
Strong content creation skills, with a focus on producing engaging content for tech- savvy, e- commerce- driven audiences.
Education: Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Experience: 2- 4 years in content marketing or related roles, experience working in insurance or fintech marketing, understanding customer needs and behaviors in these sectors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team- oriented mindset.
Proficiency in managing content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Zalo, Viber), websites, apps, and offline events.
Ability to analyze campaign performance data and adapt strategies to optimize results.
Fluent in English (or Chinese, if applicable).
Age below 35.

Nice to have:
Experience in fintech or tech startups.
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite) to complement content creation.
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
Experience in organizing and managing events, including activations, workshops, and product soft launches.

Base Salary: 18,000,000 VND (GROSS)

(Negotiable for candidates with experience in organizing app download activation events for the mass market)
