Your Responsibilities

Stay up- to- date with content marketing trends, on- going events, potential new channels and strategies, and community activities going on in the industry.
Collaborate with design, media, and strategy teams to bring ideas to life.
Mentor junior content creators and provide constructive feedback to improve their work.
Develop and execute comprehensive content marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Oversee the creation of high- quality content, including blogs, social media posts, videos, infographics, case studies, and more.
Build and manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with marketing goals.
Prepare detailed creative and content proposals, including objectives, audience insights, key themes, and content execution plans
Requirements
Must have
Proven success in developing and managing content strategies for multiple clients.
3+ years of experience in content writing.
Possess a content and editorial mindset and a thirst to understand what audiences would love to read and view.
Excellent command of English in writing (a must) and communication.
Experienced in working within an Marketing agency.
Enthusiastic and able to converse effectively with co- workers and customers.
Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related fields.
Nice to have
SEO knowledge is a plus.
