_Roles & Responsibilities_
As a Senior Content & Social Manager, you will take the wheel in managing, planning, idea generating, and supervising the execution of content creation and social media for all channels such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram...
- Work closely with Account, Creative and Planning teams on the development of Client’s debrief, content direction, brand’s mood & tone, social media strategies, activities and tactics to drive communications.
- Perform extensive content research and analysis; create specifications and content appropriate for the brand&039;s customer personas.
- Strategize content pillars and sub- pillars. Plan in details and maintain the social content calendar ensuring social media content is regular, relevant and engaging.
- Supervise on community & advocacy management scopes, as well as those on internal social media channels and company sites.
- Define the needs, methodology and process of social performance review/tracking/report by channel (paid – owned – earned channels, social out- reach, KOL/KOC/ Influencer, etc.) and by type (content, creative, community, competitor, campaign, etc.). Give final learnings and recommendations from strategic communication POV.
- Develop content governance guidelines for tone, style, and voice of all content, ensure they are followed & qualified, and published on time.
- Be at the forefront of the latest emerging & viral trends, industry developments, technologies and best practices.
- Initiate creation, conception, and presentation of community & advocacy strategy.
- Share with internal teams about social trends, viral content and performance (market/category/brand benchmarking/evaluation/report…).
- Train/coach for team members based on their specific needs and expertise.

At least 5- 7 YOE in Content Creation, Copywriting and Social Media management (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram,...)
Embrace changes and challenges, able to handle pressure well.
Excellent planning, organizational, critical thinking, analytical, problem- solving, and communication skills.
You understand social media as your daily life and have knowledge of measuring performance on social media and digital.
Operate with discipline ensuring timely deliverables.
Experience in a Manager role in communication/advertising environment.
Your creative style should be positive, insightful, and authentic.
