DUTIES:
CONTENT STRATEGY AND PLANNING
• Design detailed implementation plan with specific directions for both angles and formats and respective channels
• Stay up- to- date with industry trends and apply the new knowledge to work on content strategies and tactics.
• Develop effective content strategy, content plan, content timeline with detailed pillars and angles to deliver objectives of the brief
• Understand insights from the target audience research and combine with our brand positioning to propose strategic content direction
CONTENT WRITING AND TEAMWORK
• Support to edit the content produced by other teams if necessary
• Work directly with Designer to create materials for campaigns including content for print, digital, social, activation,TVC, website etc...following the creative idea and strategy.
• Well manage the schedule to ensure that all content is delivered on time and meets the required quality standards
• Work closely with Strategic Planner and Account team to transform the campaign ideas into communication framework, content strategy, content planning and content execution plan
CREATIVE BIG IDEA/ UMBRELLA CONCEPT
• Guiding & providing art direction for design team
• Taking ownership of copywriting and big idea development for content team
• Managed the end- to- end content production process, from pre- production and on- set supervision to post- production, ensuring creative quality was maintained throughout.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Good project management & time management skills
• Experiences in academic writing
• At least 3 years experience in Content Marketing or similar positions
• Understanding of marketing channels in terms of target audiences, pros and cons, and best practices to produce winning content for each channel
• Experiences in marketing agency or having knowledge of marketing agency business
• Having a deep knowledge of Content Marketing and having a passion to grow further in this career path.
• Excellent writing skills for a diversity of forms such as social posts, video scripts, articles
• Great teamwork and communication skill
