Senior Contractor Inspector Electrical

- Perform all work safely, with the highest quality and standard. Complete all Take 5 and perform JHA when working on a new task. Develop SOP for reoccurring work.
- Finding faults
- Enure parts used are factory warranted item
- Proactively respond to mine failures by ensuring that immediate repairs are performed to a high standard
- Develop SOP for contractor electrical check
- Be ready to participate in all work related to maintaining contractor equipment to a high standard
- Review contractor electrical tools are in good condition and do not affect safety.
- Coach and mentor contractor maintenance practice to increase safe and reliable running of the equipment
- Develop safe working SOP. Ensure SOP is compliant and followed. Develop workshops to coach and mentor people to understand.
- Inspection of contracting equipment to lift the standard of contractor equipment maintenance
- Report all hazard and safety issues for equipment safety so that the contractor can fix
- Be proactive in organizing the contractor to complete the work and followup any issues the contractor have not been able to finalize

Qualifications:
- Sound technical knowledge of industrial mining equipment.
- Knowledge of electrical or mechanical maintenance techniques and practices
- Graduating from college or higher with a major in electrical engineering
Experienced:
- Well develop
- 5-10 years experience working in industrial plants such as cement, steel, mining, and major repair companies.
Skill:
- Well-developed skills to read, write and communicate in English.
- Good working familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- A good understanding of planning and scheduling concepts ed skills related to front-line management and supervision.
- Working knowledge of SAP or a similar computerized maintenance management system
