Senior Copywriter

In your role as Senior Copywriter, you will develop, implement, and manage our content strategy to align with business goals.

Compile reports for management showing results (organic view, engagement rate, ROAS,..)
Demonstrate the ability to research & map out a comprehensive marketing plan to cultivate leads and sales
Identify threats and opportunities in user- generated content surrounding the company.
Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
Create, curate, and manage all published content and design (images, short video, long videos, written, and audio/podcast).
Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts..
Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the social media campaigns.

Demonstrated success in leading multiple cross- media campaigns.
Flexible and dependable.
Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience, preferably a mix of advertising agency, creative studio, and in- house experience. .
Strong conceptual and brainstorming skills, leading and participating whenever needed.
Passionate about health mission and healing purpose.
Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
Outstanding portfolio demonstrating best- in- class campaign work.
Empathy for the customer, and empathy for individuals on a creative team.
