OBJECTIVES
We are looking for a Senior Copywriter with a solid background in content creation, passion for developing content solutions to deeply impact Client’s Brand- Campaign Performance in general. You will be an important piece of the puzzle to our Creative team, together with driving outstanding business results for PMAX.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Collaborating with the strategy, concept and account function to consult and advise clients to help frame up their problem
Mentor and onboard other writers as needed
Inspiring, managing and operating copywriting teams and its support services to develop an effective and profitable creative product that delivers on relevant client and market needs.
Outstanding creative quality
Prioritize workload and manage time effectively – personally and for the team as needed
Help organize, maintain, and oversee creative standards and guidelines
Understanding insight on creative briefs and schedules/communication plan, being able to design content plan, roadmap, angle ideas …
Ideate and execute creative ideas for client marketing campaign in an efficient manner
Leading agency presentations when required and possible, both in new business pitches and current client creative run- throughs.
Work independently and collaboratively with art directors, visual designers, writers, producers, videographers, technologists and studio/production (print, video, online)…to develop ideas, refine concepts and ensure creative vision is achieved and client expectations are met
Accountable for checking all content being advertised.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Skills & Knowledge & Qualification
Has good written ( clear, concise, engaging) and interpersonal skills.
Flexible and adaptive to meet changing needs or direction
Strong, award winning portfolio that showcases memorable creative across media
Good in English is a must
Typically reports to CM
Highly creative and imaginative.
An eye for detail and works well under pressure, works well within tight deadlines, for multiple projects.
Worked as senior copywriter role for 2+ years, at least 5 years as copywriter or content writer.
Show more collaboration, not too much ego. Have good judgment, maturity, and enthusiasm.
Have an interest in commerce, popular culture, and new advertising trends and techniques
