Responsibilities
Website Experience Design:
Plan and produce website creation from contents, explanations, visuals, buttons to errors and updates.
Writing and presenting various copy options, which may be presented to the clients.
Support Product Designers to create storyboards, samples, prototypes and templates for demonstrations and user testing.
Review changes or enhancements for alignment with desired user experience copy and satisfaction standards and drive improvement changes.
Review designs and ensure copy is on brand, meets quality expectations, and satisfies both the client’s and the campaign&039;s objectives.
Update the Design System.
Construct conversational interactions that improve coherence and clarity of forms and interactions.
Proactively collect business requirements from cross functional team members to translate into design documents
Content Creation:
Manage multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines
Review and edit content produced by other authors when needed
Suggest improvements and ensure alignment with brand guidelines
Collaborate with internal teams to align content with the overall strategies
Create SEO, and other content in English
Requirements:
Proven samples of work demonstrating experience creating user- centered design solutions
Experience in developing and executing B2B marketing strategies specifically for a global technology company is a big plus.
Proven experience in professional writing content or editorial experience
Bachelor&039;s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of marketing trends.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Proactive at work, detail- oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Fluency in English, both in verbal and written communication, is of utmost importance in this role.
Knowledge of global markets with the ability to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
