Senior Corporate Legal Executive

Participate in complaints, litigation procedures, and non- litigation representation.
Draft, review sales documents, and take responsibility for the real estate business sector of the Group.
Review contracts, and related documents in the construction and project management.
Be responsible for legal advice in investment, finance, business, and operation activities of the Group; Ensure that legal risks, agreements, and contracts are fully controlled and forecasted.
Assigning work according to the assignment of the manager.
Draft documents of the company and ownership; perform the legal procedures.

Have good English communication skills and skills in drafting documents and contracts.
Years of experience: at least 7 years of experience working in the legal field at large- scale real estate companies.
Have knowledge and understanding of the law regarding litigation, business, real estate, and civil.
Have experience in drafting, and reviewing project sales dossiers, and handling related legal procedures.
Be graduated with a Law major from a top universities.
Have the ability to draft pleadings, responses, and dossiers related to litigation, and administrative agencies.
Lawyer practicing certificates is an advantage.
Strong persuasive argumentation, and clear reasoning.
