Senior Cost Accountant

Perform monthly inventory check and verify deviation if any.
Perform inventory valuations and make calculations of surcharge rates/factors for the inventory valuations.
Coordinate with related departments to ensure the accuracy of inventories data.
Supplement
Analyze and initiate action to improve working processes, plant efficiency and reduce overhead expenses.
Provide the report calculation cost of scrap raw materials and control scrap cost.
Coordinate with Auditor of physical count end years.
Implement the non- series inventories report in SAP every month.
Participate in the calculation of non- conformity costs (customer, supplier, internally).
Approve purchase requisitions (shopping carts, staff requisitions), control with budget/target.
Manage over/shortage inventories in import shipments.
Responsible for destruction of scrapping and coordinate with internal/external audit according to the local requirement,
Run allocation and distribution cycles for monthly closing.
Calculate selling price for finished goods and re- order shipments, manage selling price master list.
Prepare inventories report of closing monthly and post in SAP every month.
Review NCC costs and re- charge quality costs.
Provide monthly material cost data for calculation average cost from Host systems .
Prepare devaluation list slow moving non- series material from SAP and obsolescence report and posting.
Manage the series and non- series materials levels.
Manage strictly the quantity of raw materials which are exempted from customs duties and finished goods which are produced from raw materials.
Prepare required statements for tax/ custom audit:
Statement of movement and inventory of raw materials.
Assistance in Accounting/Controlling per requirement.
Support in preparing/reviewing financial statements.
Statement of movement and inventory of finished products produced from raw materials.
Any further instruction from time to time.
Costing calculation report.

• Very good knowledge of English
• Very good knowledge of Controlling & SAP CO, IFRS, Auditing.
• Intercultural competences, analytical skills, business- oriented mindset, communication, teamwork, holistic, process- oriented mindset, independent approach to work
• Experience in industrial manufactory and production processing environment.
• Additional language skills are of advantage
• Professional/graduate education (experienced professional) usually acquired through a bachelor degree or professional certification with a few (three to five) years of experience in the related field (proficient in a technical, scientific or specialized field requiring an understanding of a body of theoretical knowledge)
• Host skills
• Very good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
