Senior Cost & Contract Executive (Salary: Usd800-1.200) Vietnam International Township Development Jsc - ParkCity Hanoi

Take the following tasks and responsibilities for the delivery and operation of assigned projects:
- Review bidding and submission, organise tender interviews, contract negotiations and document management;
- Evaluate the Variation Orders/ Interim Payment Claims submitted from Consultants/ Contractors for making payments;
- Make orders/ procurements with the suppliers;
- Ensure the above tasks completed within timeline and budget for smooth operation of the project.
- Assist in preparing project preliminary budget and updating the preliminary budget, cost control and monitoring;
- Carry out cost economic study of alternative materials together with design;
- Assist in the appointment of QS Consultants and monitor their performance
- Liaise with QS Consultants on Pre- Qualification of Contractors and preparation of tender documents;

• Well versed in Microsoft Excel, Words and Power Point
• University Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

• Minimum of 5- years of working experience at the position of Quantity Surveying or Contract Management.
