Senior Creative Content Executive

- Responsible for researching, guiding, innovating, and developing content that aligns with the brand image and products of the company. Ensure the quantity and quality of content across all platforms.
* Job Description:
- Other related tasks are assigned by the direct manager.
- Track the performance of creative content across all channels, evaluate the impact of content, and the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Regularly update trends, market research, activities of competing social channels, and understand and capture the U.S. market.
- Conduct research on customer behavior (platforms, trends, psychology, demographics, etc.) for each segment and each platform to improve content quality, aiming to increase interaction and conversion rates across channels.
- Generate ideas and edit scripts for advertising content, create communication messages, collaborate with the performance team to run suitable advertising campaigns.
- In charge of planning and producing content across multiple platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, Email marketing, etc. Provide creative content direction in the gift industry (POD), tailored to trends and festive occasions throughout the year.
* Working hours:
Monday – Friday (08:30 to 18:00, Saturday morning depending on the nature of the job, working at home or the company.)

- Understanding of U.S. culture. Ability to conduct market research, analyze competitors, and customer insights.
- English proficiency of IELTS 6.5 or above (or equivalent).
- Can work independently and collaboratively in a team. Possesses skills in generating ideas, script editing, and creating content. Demonstrates writing skills.
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar position.
- Good English reading and writing skills.
- Priority will be given to candidates with experience in E- commerce and Retail.
