Job Title: Senior Creative & Design Executive
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Creative & Design Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in art and video editing, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning content.
Responsibilities:
• Create and edit high- quality videos, ensuring they align with the brand&039;s vision and objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in design, art, and video editing to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Develop and execute creative concepts for various projects, including marketing campaigns, social media content, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate with the creative design process from concept to completion.
• Oversee the production of graphic designs, illustrations, and other visual assets.
• Collaborate with the Account and Operation teams to produce engaging and innovative visual content.
Requirements:
• Bachelor&039;s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your art and video editing skills.
• Proven experience as a Senior Creative & Design Executive or similar role.
• Creative & logical thinking
• Good management with internal & external process
• Expertise in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset and problem- solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Good communication in Vietnamese & English
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in motion graphics and animation.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their design requirements.
• Knowledge of web design and user experience (UX) principles.
