RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle company internal designers with other team members.
Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines throughout all design deliverables.
Present design ideas and concepts to internal stakeholders and clients articulating rationale and strategy behind creative decisions and incorporating feedback to refine designs.
Stay up- to- date with industry trends and best practices, and apply them to enhance the overall design quality and user experience.
Provide art direction and mentor junior designers/interns, ensuring the quality and consistency of design output.
Develop and execute a wide range of creative assets, including but not limited to brand identities, advertising campaigns, digital marketing materials, and experiential activations, that effectively communicate our brand message and meet project objectives and client’s expectations.
Directly handling conceptualizing and crafting visual execution tailored for branding communication projects
Advise clients and internal team about visual solutions.
Conduct thorough research and gather relevant information to inform the design process and ensure a deep understanding of target audiences.
Lead briefing and brainstorming creative ideas and concept sessions during projects with other teams (Account, Planning, Content, Production, etc) to develop integrated design solutions that effectively communicate key messages.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of productivity and attention to detail.

REQUIREMENTS
Proven track record of delivering innovative and impactful design solutions for clients across different industries.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and concepts effectively.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
Strong leadership and mentorship abilities, with a passion for fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
Have at least 03 years of similar experience (or above) in the design/creative industry and work in an agency environment and/or 01 year of similar roles with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in various design mediums.
Good at English communication is a plus.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
