We’re seeking a Senior Creative Developer to push the boundaries of web and interactive design, using Three.js, Blender, React, and fluent English communication to bring art and code together seamlessly.
Role Overview:
As a Senior Creative Developer at CodeCrush, you’ll lead the development of high- performance 3D web applications. From building interactive 3D environments with Three.js to optimizing Blender assets and crafting responsive UI with React, you’ll be a key player in creating innovative, visually stunning digital experiences. Fluent English communication will be essential for collaborating with both local and international teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead 3D Web Development: Build interactive, real- time 3D applications using Three.js.
React Development: Build responsive and scalable front- end UI using React.
Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with new technologies and tools in the 3D web space and share knowledge across the team.
Clear Communication: Communicate effectively in English, both in written and spoken formats, to collaborate on technical documentation, team meetings, and project updates.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with designers, artists, and other developers to deliver cohesive, immersive digital experiences.
Mentor Junior Developers: Lead code reviews and mentor junior team members in best practices.
Asset Creation: Model, texture, and optimize 3D assets in Blender for web deployment.
Performance Optimization: Ensure smooth performance of 3D scenes on all devices by optimizing WebGL, shaders, and assets.

Required Skills:

Three.js: Advanced experience in building interactive 3D web apps with Three.js and WebGL.
React: Strong experience in developing dynamic, responsive UIs using React.

Blender: Proficient in creating, optimizing, and exporting 3D models and assets for the web.

English Proficiency: Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
