(Senior) Creative Executive

About the role:
Responsible for developing design ideas based on project requirements; Carry out design according to unified ideas; Collaborate with the Creative Director to work; Creating high- quality design elements for creativity.
Key Responsibilities:

Solid knowledge of materials and propose suitable ones for printed materials;
Provide ideas and advice to the Account/ Planning/ Production team on design concepts., ensuring cohesive color palettes aligned.
Engage in conceptualizing and crafting designs tailored to the specifications for event & activation activities;
Providing high- quality print files for production use.
Design 2D KV, POSM, backdrops, logos, banners, flyers, uniforms, and cards, etc.

Key Requirements:

Able to work well under high pressure and independently.
Effective customer service, time management & teamwork skills;
Good skills of presentation and design briefing;
3D Experience is an advantage;
Eager to learn, proactive & positive thinking;
At least 2 years of experience in 2D design in the ATL/ Digital/ IMC Agency or FMCG Companies;
Proficient in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, Adobe, etc.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/ Graphic Design or a related majors;
Ability to use technology tools such as AI in design work;
Creative & Innovation mindset;
