Key Responsibilities
● Lead in overall integrated marketing and communications strategy of assigned client business:
Research current market trends and predicting future trends that might affect the product or service&039;s success
Create brand architecture, which includes the logo, messaging, creative materials and marketing campaigns
Oversee the production of all brand creative from a strategic standpoint—advertisements, presentations, sales sheets, social media campaigns, blogs, testimonials—and ensuring they have a consistent tone and message and are aligned to strategic and communication objectives
Do audits every year or two to assess the brand&039;s status in the market and ways to strengthen it
Analyze market data, consumer feedback and survey responses to develop a marketing and communication plan o Rebrand existing products or services
Create brand stories that tell consumers about a product or service and try to form an emotional connection with them
Perform target audience research o Brand positioning, which involves defining the benefits the target audience thinks of when they hear the brand&039;s name
Provide actionable insights for campaign, content or product ideation, design and implementation to the client business.
Create buyer personas, which are descriptions of the company&039;s ideal customer that include their age, lifestyle, personality, goals, needs and challenges
Overseeing social media scope and developing social strategy.
● Always apply analytical rigor and fact- based reasoning to marketing proposals
● Create a positive environment of personal and professional growth for department members to encourage loyalty, openness of opinion and constant curiosity and learning.
● Ensure strong collaborative relationships within the team members and externally with key agency and client partners to consistently elevate the quality of thinking and ideas applied to the client business.
● Actively grow the abilities and skill of assigned support staff through training programs, mentorship and hands- on learning.
