SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE (CHINESE)

Monitor the progress of orders and resolve operational issues to maintain service excellence.
Coordinate closely with the Sales team, Product Development, Planning, Production, QA, and other internal teams to ensure product quality and customer requirements are fully met.
Proactively share new product knowledge, system updates, and lessons learned with team members to improve team performance and service quality.
Perform additional tasks assigned by the Manager.
Maintain updated customer profiles and communicate any changes or new developments to the sales team and key vendors.
Manage assigned customer accounts in all aspects: order processing, order follow- up, pricing integrity, on- time delivery, and complete order fulfilment.
Handle customer complaints following company procedures and service standards.
Work with suppliers and partners to ensure material readiness and service consistency.
Report directly to the Manager and provide updates regarding customer activities, risks, or business opportunities.
Assist and provide backup support to other team members when needed.
Respond to customer inquiries and requests promptly, ensuring all issues are addressed professionally and in a timely manner.
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Fluent in English and Chinese.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Service or Order Management.
Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) and other system software.
Strong communication and problem- solving skills, with the ability to create and manage plans effectively.
