Senior Customer Service Executive

Our client is a big foreign manufacturing company, now is looking for a Senior Customer Service Executive working in Soc Son, Hanoi as detail:

- Aggressively be in search of new customers in the automotive, agriculture, lawn mowers transmission, white goods, etc…

- Keep up with current industry trends, market activities and competitors.

- Prospect for new customers by networking, cold calling or other means of generating interest from potential customers.

- Be able to plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential customers to do business with the company.

- Maintain customer’s database by inputting customer profile and updates, prepare and distribute monthly reports.

- Track sales expenses by tracking, consolidating and analyzing and summarizing expenses.

- Follow up new products, pre-production schedule and mass production.

- Carry out detail costing of product and support in implementation of EPR and TS standards.

- Other task as assigned by manager.

- College or university degree, major in Business Administration/Communication.

- Working experiences: At least 03 years of working experiences at the same position/related position

- Preferred industry: Customer service/administrative/public relation/foreign language

- Sex: Female only

- Age: 24 -28 years old (Single is preferred)

- Good communication in English and Japanese

- Good at Microsoft Office: Words, Excel and power point

- Good at interaction and interpersonal skill (social skills)

- Attention to details

- Documentation and organizing skills

- Be willing to work overtime as necessary
