What You Will Do:
Lead the adoption of best practices in data engineering, documentation, and version control.
Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and product teams to deliver clean, well- structured datasets.
Implement and optimize incremental load and Change Data Capture (CDC) processes for large- scale data systems.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve existing data infrastructure for performance and scalability.
Optimize Lakehouse tables for query performance, storage efficiency, and cost- effectiveness.
Enforce data security standards, including encryption, access control, and monitoring.
Manage data governance, ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
Develop and maintain data quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Design and implement scalable, high- performance data architectures to support AI, analytics, and business intelligence needs.
Build and maintain robust data pipelines (ETL/ELT), ensuring reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
