Senior Data Engineer SQL/ Power BI/ Cloud

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to design, implement, and maintain robust data infrastructure, pipelines, and dashboards that support business analytics and decision- making within a laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities /

Data Infrastructure & Integration / Hạ tầng dữ liệu & Tích hợp

Ensure data quality, consistency, and availability across departments. Đảm bảo chất lượng, tính nhất quán và khả năng truy xuất dữ liệu giữa các bộ phận.
Manage and optimize the data warehouse architecture (e.g., Star/Snowflake schema, fact/dimension models). Quản lý và tối ưu hóa kiến trúc kho dữ liệu (như Star/Snowflake schema, mô hình fact/dimension).
Automate data ingestion from systems such as LIS/HIS, internal applications, and external APIs. Tự động hóa quá trình thu thập dữ liệu từ các hệ thống như LIS/HIS, ứng dụng nội bộ và API bên ngoài.
Design and implement data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various systems into a centralized data warehouse. Thiết kế và triển khai quy trình ETL để trích xuất, chuyển đổi và tải dữ liệu vào kho dữ liệu tập trung.

Data Reporting & Analytics /
Báo cáo & Phân tích dữ liệu

Work closely with business users to gather requirements and deliver insights through data visualization. Làm việc với người dùng để thu thập yêu cầu và cung cấp thông tin qua trực quan hóa dữ liệu.
Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar tools. Thiết kế và phát triển dashboard và báo cáo tương tác bằng Power BI hoặc công cụ tương đương
Maintain and enhance reporting systems and data marts. Duy trì và nâng cấp hệ thống báo cáo và data mart.

Data Governance & Security /
Quản trị & Bảo mật Dữ liệu

Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows to ensure high reliability. Giám sát và xử lý lỗi các quy trình dữ liệu nhằm đảm bảo độ tin cậy cao.
Implement data governance best practices (e.g., access control, auditing, retention policies). Triển khai các thực hành tốt về quản trị dữ liệu (như kiểm soát truy cập, nhật ký truy vết, chính sách lưu trữ).

Support disaster recovery and backup strategies for critical data.

Preferred Skills / Kỹ năng ưu tiên:

Experience with SQL- based databases and data modeling. Có kinh nghiệm với cơ sở dữ liệu SQL và mô hình hóa dữ liệu.
Knowledge of healthcare systems (e.g., LIS, HIS) is a plus. Kiến thức về hệ thống y tế (LIS, HIS) là lợi thế.

Qualifications / Yêu cầu chung:
