Senior Demand Analyst

The job holder will report to Senior Demand Analysis Manager.
We also open new roles for Senior Specialist- Replenishment Planning, Senior Product Lifecycle Specialist, Senior Supply Planner and Senior Demand Planner for the expansion and growth of the Supply Chain Division.
This role belongs to Supply Chain Department of PNJ Head Office. You will be a part of a dynamic, specialized and tech- savvy team. Please be assured you will join an exciting career journey with a very high- complex Supply Chain model in the market.
Data management on Server
• Evaluate and build the data pool for Demand Analysis Department
• Control commodity related fields on SAP within the Supply Chain Division
• Implement the building of data for various reports
Improve and optimize reports of Demand Analysis Department
• Develop management reports or warning relating to Revenue, Stock, Order Status and Goods Evaluation
• Build Tcodes for goods management analysis activities
Implement S&OP reports for regions
• Track the working progress following the memo
• Monitor and follow up stakeholders in implementing meeting resolutions
• Develop S&OP reports for assigned regions
Allocate, monitor and evaluate goods (collections and trials) by regions
• Report and coordinate in processing proposed information with relevant departments.
• Allocate and propose to transfer goods based on actual business situation
• Review and evaluate the effectiveness of new products weekly/monthly/quarterly and propose suitable solutions
• Track the order status and product arrivals for each order
Monitor commodity markets
• Analyze commodity demand by product groups and region with reference to regional geographical characteristics and seasonal factors
• Report the situation periodically monthly (Internal), quarterly- yearly (Competitors).
• Study market commodity information
• Study related commodity trends
• Update new industry knowledge.
Control the list of goods on sales in all PNJ stores
• Coordinate with relevant departments to handle problems/difficulties in goods supply activities in the region
• Develop a periodic list of additional recommendations suitable for each store and area.

WHAT WE NEED
• Fluency in English (reading comprehension of specialized documents)
• Bachelor or higher degree in relevant majors
Experience and skills required:
• Data analysis: Python, Excel, Power BI and SQL (preferred).
• Soft skills: communication and presentation
• From two years of relevant experiences
