Senior Demand Planner

This role belongs to Supply Chain Department of PNJ Head Office. You will be a part of a dynamic, specialized and tech- savvy team. Please be assured you will join an exciting career journey with a very high- complex Supply Chain model in the market.
We also open new roles for Senior Specialist- Replenishment Planning, Senior Product Lifecycle Specialist, Senior Supply Planner and Senior Demand Analyst for the expansion and growth of the Supply Chain Division.
The job holder will report to Demand Planning Manager.
WHAT YOU DO
Build forecasting models and supply planning (35%)
• Collect information, data on business performance of the whole group based on sales data, sales promotion information and historical sales data
• Work closely with Supply Planning Department to ensure an optimal stock levels to meet the forecasting demands and tackle issues relating to out of stock / overstock
• Develop forecasting models for market insights by regions, categories, product lines, product groups.
Analyze forecasting results (30 %)
• Analyze forecasting results under various scenarios to establish KPIs and business metrics.
• Forecast and alert market risks while analyzing business trends by month/quarter/year and regions
Improve forecasting activities and build the supply planning (15%)
• Conduct in- depth analysis and define root causes
• Monitor the stability of the models and implement appropriate improvements or changes.
Collaboration across department (20%)
• Provide forecasting data for departments within Supply Chain and other departments within the group.
• Participate in the company&039;s Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
• Collaborate with other departments, including R&D, System Development, Sales, and Marketing, to synthesize information and create the most accurate data source.

WHAT WE NEED
• Bachelor or higher degree in relevant majors
• Fluency in English (reading comprehension of specialized documents)
Experience and skills required:
• Data analysis: Python, Excel, Power BI and SQL (preferred).
• From two years of relevant experiences
• Soft skills: communication and presentation
