Senior Design Architect

***ABOUT THE ROLE
•Leading a team to prepare design packages as part of a rapidly growing studio.
•To work directly under an associate or head of design to deliver projects.
•Following company standards and codes of practise in architectural design.
•Liaising with client’s team and consultants, heading design meetings and presentations.
•Receiving and understanding design mark-ups from head of design architect and ensuring accurate and careful implementation.
•Modelling architectural design in 3D according to company standards.
•Understanding concept ideologies and terminologies.
•Taking responsibility for the drawings, being aware of any problems or mistakes.
•Notifying senior staff of design problems or ideas for improvement of the design.
•Working well with team members in a relaxed but professional environment.
•Checking architectural drawings and mark-ups to ensure they are correct.
•Manage your own time to complete tasks to deadline, or communicate any issues.

***SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
•Bachelor of Architecture degree required
•Basic to fluent English required
•Experience in design required
•Experience in ArchiCAD software preferred
•Experience working on international documentation preferred
•Minimum 8 year post graduate experience.
