Senior Design & Technical Engineer

▪ Support in reviewing and ensuring the legality of project- related paperwork, such as scopes of work and bill of quantities for contracts.
▪ Design and cross- check equipment solutions, proposals, technical drawings, and project schedules to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
▪ Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor and the Board of Management to support company objectives
▪ Collaborate with the design & technical team to develop Engineering and Technical solutions for customers in the Pool & Spa industry.
▪ Assist the Business Development Director in networking with customers and coordinating project activities.
▪ Coordinate the preparation of tender/bidding documents in alignment with project requirements.
▪ Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports to track progress and ensure project success.

Knowledge & Working experiences
▪ Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Technology or related field.
▪ Preferably, experience and a thorough understanding of the Pool & Spa industry.
▪ Minimum of 2 years of working experience in the Pool & Spa industry, with a proven track record of successful project management.
▪ Completion of training courses in Project Management, particularly focused on MEP projects.
▪ Having a good relationship with the operators is preferred.
▪ Knowledge of construction processes, electrical systems, and MEP engineering principles.
Foreign Language & Computer Skills
▪ Proficient in AutoCAD for technical drawing and design tasks.
▪ Proficient in Microsoft Office suite for document creation and management.
▪ Fluent in English communication skills (both written and spoken).
