KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & CRITICAL DRIVERS:
50% Design Planning & Research
- Delivers products in a timely fashion to meet set deadlines.
- Ability to do own research, deep understanding of social media and social media content, and how to craft assets for each particular channel.
- Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices.
- Plan & lead the charge in creating high- quality creative materials that wow both the client and our audience.
- Have a knack for campaign development, creative brief development, and creative execution.
30% Visual Communication Optimization
- Communicating visual designs, motion design, concepts, and storyboards through presentations and getting clients to approve (and love) the ideas.
- Creating a range of powerful, viable concepts and designs for each project, partnering with our account management, strategists, and copywriters to ensure the direction and visual presentation work together to make the concept compelling.
20% Building Culture & Team

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI’s):
- Meet at least 80% targeted performance on style, tone, mood, and visual communication delivery. (daily, weekly, monthly & yearly monitoring).
- Meet 100% production target (weekly and monthly monitoring).
Job Requirements
● A naturally passionate individual with a keen interest in personal + creative growth.
● Experience working with global clients and understanding cultural nuances is a plus.
● Exceptional conceptual and design skills and a robust portfolio that shows your talent in both print and digital. An additional point for web
● Formal design training, plus two to three years experience working in design and strong digital design experience, preferably in a creative agency
● Plus (ideally) an understanding of Flash, Adobe After Effects Premiere Pro, or similar tools for video production.
● Ability to work effectively in a fast- paced, deadline- driven environment. Proven track record of delivering successful campaigns that meet or exceed client objectives
