Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly- skilled Senior Dev Lead with a distinguished history in the technological sector. The SDL will be responsible for making executive technology decisions, managing the technology budget, and making strategic investments to align the company with its vision for technological advancement. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, effective communicator, expert in technological development and having perfect management skills.
Responsibilities:
Ensure all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards.
Create timelines for the development and deployment of all technological services.
Manage technology budgets and timeframes.
Ensure technological resources meet the company&039;s short- term and long- term needs.
Make executive decisions regarding the company’s technological requirements.
Maintain a consumer- focused outlook and aid in delivering IT projects to market.
Identify and mitigate technology- related risks, ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
Stay updated on technology trends and developments.
Act as a mentor to team members.
Outline goals for research and development.
Requirements:
Advanced technological skillset with a demonstrated history of technology management.
Age: 30- 45
Deep understanding of technology trends and extensive industry knowledge with a forward- looking perspective.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills, leveraging data and insights for informed decision- making.
Minimum of 7 years working in a technological role.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high- performing technology teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to translate business objectives into effective technology strategies.
Experience in IT product companies and involvement in developing products in domains such as AI/Blockchain is a plus.
Proven success in managing IT infrastructure, IT budgets, software development, and systems architecture.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 4 years of managerial experience in a technology leadership role.
Extensive knowledge of software development methodologies, infrastructure management, and cybersecurity best practices.
Demonstrated success in leading large- scale technology projects, delivering results on time and within budget.
