JOB OVERVIEW• We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer specializing in Sitefinity or Sitecore to design, develop, and maintain high- performing, user- centric web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in enterprise content management systems (CMS), strong .NET development skills, and experience delivering scalable, maintainable digital platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Implement personalization, content workflows, analytics, and A/B testing features.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile ceremonies (sprint planning, demos).
• Design and implement web applications using Sitefinity or Sitecore with .NET Core/.NET Framework.
• Integrate with external systems (CRM, ERP, APIs, DAM, etc.).
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and content teams to deliver high- quality digital experiences.
• Customize and extend CMS features through module/plugin development and API integration.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support deployments through CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure performance optimization, security, and accessibility compliance.
• Develop and optimize reusable components and templates for content authors.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in web development using the Microsoft .NET stack.
• 3+ years of hands- on experience with either:
• Sitecore (XP/XM) – including SXA, Helix/Habitat principles, Sitecore JSS/Headless (nice to have)
• Sitefinity (Progress) – including MVC Widgets, Feather, Sitefinity APIs
Proficient in
• C, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core/.NET 6+
• Familiarity with Azure/AWS hosting for CMS platforms is a strong plus.
• REST APIs and JSON
• Experience with CMS- specific features: multisite, localization, caching strategies, role- based content management.
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (jQuery, React/Angular is a plus)
• Solid understanding of deployment processes, versioning, and CMS upgrades.
• SQL Server or other relational databases
CMS certifications
• Sitecore Certified Developer or Sitecore XP certification
• Progress Certified Sitefinity Developer
Experience with
• Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines
• Marketing automation tools and CMS personalization features
• Web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for CMS hosting
• Agile/Scrum team experience
• SEO best practices and site performance tuning
