Senior DevOps

- Design, build, and maintain highly available and scalable infrastructure on GCP using Infrastructure as Code (IAC) principles, with a focus on Terraform.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
- Implement and manage GCP services including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, VPC, Cloud Functions, and others to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Develop and maintain GCP security configurations, including IAM policies, Firewall rules, and VPC settings, in adherence to best practices.
- Monitor, analyze and alert system performance, identifying and addressing potential issues to maintain uptime and performance.
- Operate and maintain Kubernetes clusters (GKE) to support microservices- based architecture
- Use infrastructure as code and the best of methods and tools in DevOps to innovate and keep improving.

- Familiarity with CI/CD methodologies and tools.
- Hands- on experience operating Kubernetes (GKE) and managing microservices in production environments.
- Minimum of 1 years experience with GCP technologies and services.
- Expertise in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IAC) principles.
- Strong problem- solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong understanding of cloud- native architectures and patterns.
- Proven experience in setting up and maintaining GCP services like GKE, Cloud Run, Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, VPC, Cloud Functions, etc.
- Go and Node software engineering experience is good to have. Kubernetes skills and experience are valued.
- AWS experience and certifications are a plus.
- GCP Professional Cloud Architect or GCP Professional DevOps Engineer certification is mandatory.
- 4+ years of industry experience in a similar DevOps role, preferably as part of a SaaS product team. You can demonstrate the significant impact your work has had on the product and/or the team.
- Knowledge of GCP security best practices, including IAM, Security Command Center, Firewall rules, and VPC configurations.
