About you:

As this is a position that heavily interfaces with our Global Team; a strong written and spoken proficiency in English is required.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you are expected to have 5+ years of experience in working in highly functional Dev Ops teams in a SAAS based environment. You will be working on for both internal and external cloud networks supporting FastTrack360; internal Product & Engineering Team DEV/QAT/REL, external clients consuming the FastTrack360 in either Production/UAT or Training.

Day- to- day you will:

- Participate in agile sprints, global meetings, and champion best practices in planning, testing, and collaboration.
- Monitor, maintain, patch, and manage security for FastTrack360 hardware and services, ensuring 99.95% uptime.
- Support general service requests and align technology changes with Product & Engineering teams.
- Handle DevOps activities including new client deployments, upgrades, and source control for infrastructure as code.
- Manage capacity and service availability across Internal and FastTrack360 Cloud Networks.

Skills & Core Competencies:

- Proficient with PowerShell scripting, Terraform (IaC), and CI/CD tools like Octopus
- Deploy and TeamCity. Skilled in managing firewalls (Windows Firewall, AWS WAF/SG, Palo Alto IDS/IPS).
- Experienced with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) and automation in cloud environments.
- Familiar with load balancing and maintaining High Availability (HA) environments.
- Strong in Windows Server, SQL Server HA, IIS/.NET, AWS IAM, and networking.

Experience:

- Hands- on experience with environment patching, infrastructure monitoring (ELK, CloudWatch, Datadog), and security hardening.
- Familiar with Agile practices and continuous process improvement activities.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Server technologies and cloud computing (AWS preferred).
- Background in SaaS environments and IT/Cloud security design and architecture.
- Strong experience in SQL Server, IIS, PowerShell scripting, and managing .NET sites.

Education:

- Completion of Computer Science degree or Networking Certification
- AWS/Azure Cloud Computing Certification is a plus
