Senior DevOps Engineer (Hybrid)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps practices and a proven track record of deploying and managing systems both on AWS and on- premise environments.

Deploy and maintain Kubernetes systems, including the use of GitOps, ArgoCD, and OpenTelemetry within an AWS environment.
Design, implement, and manage continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
Optimize AWS costs and improve operational efficiency on the AWS platform.
Deploy and manage a variety of database management systems (DBMS) and queue infrastructures, including:
Databases: SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL), wide- column stores (Cassandra, ScyllaDB), and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Redis).
Queues: RabbitMQ and Kafka.
Implement and maintain Change Data Capture (CDC) infrastructure, including KafkaConnect, Debezium, and JDBC Source Sink connectors.
Leverage cloud skills to build and maintain robust, scalable, and secure cloud- based solutions with AWS.
Ensure network reliability and security, including the management of routers, VPNs, proxies, and other networking equipment.

Proficiency in deploying Kubernetes and related warning tools in an AWS environment.
Good command of English.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Extensive experience with AWS, including deployment, cost optimization, and operations.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps.
Excellent problem- solving skills and the ability to work in a fast- paced environment.
Desire to work in a startup environment, able to self- manage and work remotely.
Experience with CDC infrastructure and networking principles.
Strong knowledge of various DBMS and queue systems.
