Senior DevOps Engineer- US Project

Ensure infrastructure and applications are secure and compliant with industry standards.
Continuously improve deployment processes and infrastructure efficiency.
Create documentation with clear instructions for deploying self- hosted solutions.
Respond to incidents and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline workflows.
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
Design, deploy, and manage scalable infrastructure
Create and maintain detailed documentation and guidelines for internal teams and customers.

Problem- solving and solution consulting
Good English communication skills and ability to work closely with oversea development teams.
Strong experience with collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira) and Agile methodologies.

Must have:

Scripting & Automation: strong in Bash, Python, or similar scripting languages.
Monitoring & Observability: CloudWatch, Grafana, Loki (or similar).
Networking Knowledge: TLS/mutual TLS, CA management, advanced networking.
Well- experienced in documentation, especially deployment guidelines
Containerization: Kubernetes, Nginx, ECR, Helm Charts, ArgoCD.
Infrastructure as Code: 3+ Terraform and infrastructure testing (e.g., Terratest).
Hands- on experience with GitOps workflows.
Cloud Expertise: 3+ years’ experience with AWS (EKS, ECS, CloudWatch, S3, Networking, VPC, IAM, ELB, Key management, Certificate management), Azure (AKS)

Nice to have:

Experience with GCP.
Background in working with hybrid deployment strategies: cloud, self- hosted (on cloud or on- premise)
Job Orchestration: Apache Spark, Argo Workflows (or similar).Streaming & Data Handling: Kafka, FluentD, and possibly Kafka Connect
Experience with ECR for container storage and image management.
Networking Knowledge: TLS/mutual TLS, CA management, advanced networking.Security & Compliance: SOC2, FEDRAMP, container security, IAM governance, and secrets management.
