Senior DevOps/Infra Engineer US Product, AWS

We&039;re seeking an experienced DevOps/Infra Engineer to join our team and help build, maintain, and optimize our cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. Our platform serves millions of users globally through mission- critical systems that require high availability and exceptional performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on automation, reliability, and operational excellence, understanding that every infrastructure decision directly impacts our users&039; experience and the business&039;s success.

Drive operational excellence through automation, documentation, and process improvement
Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (primarily AWS and Terraform)
Collaborate with development teams to improve system reliability and performance
Implement security best practices and maintain compliance requirements
Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions
Mentor team members on infrastructure and operational best practices
Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for reliable and frequent deployments
Lead incident response and post- mortem analyses

Solid understanding of networking, security, and system administration
Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and IaC (Terraform)
Good English communication, both verbal and written
4+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering
Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash)
Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
Track record of improving system reliability and operational efficiency
Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (ECS/ Kubernetes)

Data- driven approach to problem- solving
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross- functionally
