After our mainnet launch since March 2022, we have continued to grow quickly and achieved:

We have launched Minswap V2 in 2024 and even more ambitious plans in 2025, building sustainable development.
Responsibilities
● Cultivate a culture of DevSecOps and good DX for the engineering team, improve development velocity and CI/CD pipelines. Help and train the engineering team with daily infrastructure issues.
● Keep up- to- date with latest news and developments in the relevant fields, experiment with new tech when suitable.
● Keep watch and improve team- wide security practices and mindset. Defend DDoS.
● Build a comprehensive monitoring and alerting system to notify the engineering team of issues as soon as possible, investigate the issues and fix them if possible.
● Optimize server and cloud costs.
● Build, maintain, monitor, upgrade and continuously improve a robust, performant and scalable infrastructure to run Minswap apps.

Yêu cầu công việc

Experience:
● 3+ years of professional experience working in modern infrastructure of high- traffic apps.
● Experience working in financial or blockchain products is a plus.
Technical skills:
● Experience with operating and monitoring popular databases (PostgresQL, Redis, Elasticsearch,...)
● Deep knowledge of backend development and architecture, proficient in at least one backend language (Java, Go,...)
● Deep understanding of Linux, networking stack, containerization and Kubernetes
● Experience in toolings such as Prometheus, Grafana, Terraform, Ansible
● Bonus point: Experience operating bare metal servers, defending DDoS, or working with EKS and Karpenter.
● Experience working with at least a cloud provider (AWS, GCP or Azure)
● Proficient in at least one scripting language (Bash, Python,...)
● Experience with building CI/CD pipelines, preferably Github Actions.

● Ability to communicate and work in English.

● Performance and salary review every 6 months.
● Probation 2 months with 100% salary.
● Work 40 hours/week, 2 WFH days per month
