Build strategy and execute your plan to generate LEADs with budget control
Optimized online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook etc. to increase company&039;s brand awareness and LEAD generation
Manage, evaluate and make adjustment to meet requirements of advertisement campaigns
Manage and optimize the qualification of generated LEADs
Tracking the conversions and improving the percentages and numbers
Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
Identify new trends in Digital Marketing, evaluate new technologies in the Digital industry, give recommendation on monthly report
Be execellent with data analyzation to optimize Digital campaign, and budget allocation
Execute, analyze procedures of online advertising campaign (Google Ads/ Facebook Ads, other Ads channel like Zalo, Tiktok, Youtube,...)
Coordinate Marketing campaigns with Sales activities and with Tele Marketing
Plan, manage and execute of Emails Marketing, SMS Marketing, Mobile Marketing, website, fan page & other Digital accounts to support Marketing operation
Weekly and Monthly report to line manager and to BOD as requested
Researching and building new online channel(s) for brand awareness and LEAD generation. Be able to plan with phrases to grow the channels
Periodically make statistic reports meet demand of campaigns
Execute activities relevant to SEO, website and landing page development
Develop and manage Social Media Marketing campaign to create a brand name in Social Media, interact with target audiences, expand brand awareness and improve engagement...

Skill: Effective stakeholder engagement; Critical thinking; Problem solving; Good listener & communicator; Analytical thinking
Vietnamese with College/Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Economic, Digital and Business Administration is preferred.
Ability to organize, plan and execute effectively
English communication is a plus
Use proficiency in effective Digital Marketing tools.
Strong knowledge and experience in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Email Marketing, SEO, Zalo, Youtube, etc.
3- 5 years working experience, preferably experience in Digital Marketing in education for kids or young learners
Ability to face with high pressure
Having an understanding of HTML programming
