Marketing management
Build, manage and expand team of executive and project management for multiple expansion direction in a short period of time.
Take control of all digital marketing managements and lead multiple digital projects at Yes4All. Work with Ecommerce Sales teams and other internal team to deliver GMV target within total marketing budget for multiple countries on multiple channels: Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart.com, D2C,…
Performance Marketing Operation
Ensure the availability of key marketing performance indicators and the dashboard to identify improvements and to share recommendations and best practices with cross- functional groups.
Implement a culture of A/B testing to improve your audience, message, and experience to boost search engine marketing (SEM) performance. Proactively monitor and analyze competition within search engine advertising.
Build and use a strong digital expertise in Web/search (SEO, SEM) and eCommerce customer journey, marketing platform, CRM, and data (collect, usage, analysis) to plan, create and run paid social and paid search marketing campaigns on digital platforms, mainly on Amazon platforms. Manage overall and detailed budgets for different layer of campaigns
Proactively working with Sales team and other team to deliver business tactics as a whole, building strong business acumen to deliver excellent digital strategy; measure and improve overall digital performance with an ROI approach.
·Content and listing optimization for higher conversion rate and sustainable portfolio management
Marketing Research, Standardization and Optimization
Support the expression of requirements for all marketing profiles (in different markets) and best practices for using reports and building analysis.
Research, initiate and lead improvement and optimization project for two dimensions: marketing effectiveness and efficiency as well as productivity effectiveness and efficiency
Assess, quantify and create highly attractive marketing trends, brand partnerships to generate new company and customer values.
Business expansion/ Project management
Lead or participate as key member of business expansion projects: new channel, new countries (JP, EU5, UK, CA, MX...), new services...
Lead or participate as key member of business improvement projects: automations, new process, new tools, new partner, new system integration...
