Senior Digital Marketing Planner

Proposal development & Presentation:

Deliver presentations to clients / internal stakeholders.
Develop proposals (such as: integrated communication, sales proposal, social media proposal, ecommerce proposal, …).
Collaborate with the internal operations team to create comprehensive quotations.

Being a part of the ideation process:

Analyze a range of information in detail, including demographics, socioeconomics and the market for the client’s product and market share.
Craft briefs and conduct briefing sessions.
Understand the end- to- end financial process and execute day- to- day finance operations of own clients/vendors with accuracy.
Research new initiatives, trends, updates from the communication landscape to fuel the creative ideation process.
Give input and feedback to enhance the quality of proposals.

Collaboration with partners:

Develop overall communication frameworks to help the team plan and deploy execution.
Brief the team; set the strategic angle to approach a project; provide the team with a clearly defined brief that contains concise information on the product, category, audience and strategy.
Communicate with colleagues within the agency, such as creatives and account team in the process of developing a campaign.
Write creative briefs or participate in writing briefs with input and directions.
Work with the client to establish their aims and objectives.

Hands- on experience of advertising technology platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TiktokShop ads, Ecommerce Ads …) is a strong plus.
Excellent organization, interpersonal and self- management skills
2+ years’ experience in digital/media/ecommerce execution, client- side in- house team, or media owner capacity. Media agency background is preferred
Strong verbal and written skills
Intermediate level English – in both speaking and writing.
Understanding of the industry, business, brands, and consumers in the Vietnam landscape.
Internal presentation & persuasion
Ms Office is a must
