Senior Digital Marketing Planner

* Proposal development & Presentation:
- Develop proposals (such as: integrated communication, sales proposal, social media proposal, ecommerce proposal, …).
- Deliver presentations to clients / internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the internal operations team to create comprehensive quotations.
* Being a part of the ideation process:
- Understand the end- to- end financial process and execute day- to- day finance operations of own clients/vendors with accuracy.
- Give input and feedback to enhance the quality of proposals.
- Craft briefs and conduct briefing sessions.
- Analyze a range of information in detail, including demographics, socioeconomics and the market for the client’s product and market share.
- Research new initiatives, trends, updates from the communication landscape to fuel the creative ideation process.
* Collaboration with partners:
- Write creative briefs or participate in writing briefs with input and directions.
- Brief the team; set the strategic angle to approach a project; provide the team with a clearly defined brief that contains concise information on the product, category, audience and strategy.
- Work with the client to establish their aims and objectives.
- Develop overall communication frameworks to help the team plan and deploy execution.
- Communicate with colleagues within th agency, such as creatives and account team in the process of developing a campaign.

- Excellent organization, interpersonal and self- management skills
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Understanding of the industry, business, brands, and consumers in the Vietnam landscape.
- Internal presentation & persuasion
- Intermediate level English – in both speaking and writing.
- Hands- on experience of advertising technology platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TiktokShop ads, Ecommerce Ads …) is a strong plus.
- 2+ years’ experience in digital/media/ecommerce execution, client- side in- house team, or media owner capacity. Media agency background is preferred
- Ms Office is a must
