Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things in marketing and technology. You will be well- versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue as well as intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign.
We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The promotion of products and services through digital channels is a complex procedure with great potential which becomes increasingly useful for companies such as ours.
Your responsibilities include:
- Plan and monitor the company&039;s ongoing presence on social media platforms such as Facebook, Tiktok and others.
- Work in tandem with designers to enhance user experience (UX) and improve conversion rates.
- Execute optimized online advertising campaigns via Google Ads (Advanced), Tiktok Ads, Facebook Ads etc., to generate leads and acquire customers.
- Analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts using an assortment of web analytics tools, including Google Analytics and WebTrends.
- Sustain partnerships with media agencies and vendors to support marketing objectives.
- Manage in- app marketing initiatives, including launching app- performance advertising campaigns: GG Universal, Apple Search Ads,...
- Gain insights into the latest online marketing trends and continually update marketing strategies to remain current.
- Propose creative concepts and collaborate with the content team to bolster engagement on the company&039;s fan pages.

- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Tag Manager, WebTrends, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Being good at handling a heavy digital marketing budget to maximize lead generation performance is a big plus.
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
- Experience in the fintech or financial services industry is an advantage.
- Skills and experience in creative content writing
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
- BSc/BA in Marketing or relevant field. At least 5 years as an expert in Google Ads, App Performance Ads for lead generation, highly experienced in performance tracking.
