Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

- Planning, development and execution of digital programs and campaigns, including online advertising, website strategy and design, mobile apps, social media and deliverables

- Interfacing with marketing communication functions, as well as PR, Events, Branding, Growth and Business product marketing teams to support business and communication

- Leading ongoing management of digital touchpoints and customer journey

- Research insight and seek for new and advanced digital platforms, channel, device tools for improving the effectiveness of digital function including social listening, online campaign tracking, ROI and data management, website and content creation

- Managing digital agency relationships, day-to-day production, as well as campaign budgets and schedules

- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor degree in related fields

- Experience: Over 2 years of experience in large scale of digital marketing project within the high tech, fintech, ecommerce industry

- Essential skills:

+ Deep understanding of digital marketing and digital production

+ Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns

+ Proven experience delivering a variety of digital assets, including rich media online ads, micro sites and finance applications

+ Solid understanding of web/ app metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data

+ Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple project across multiple lines of business

+ Strong mangement skills, good oral and written communication skill in English
